About

Who? Quién? Chi?

A Mexican/Italian designer currently working as a User Experience Designer for Philips North America in the Sleep and Respiratory Care division.

I am interested in enhancing people’s capabilities through technology and design based on the “Augmented Intelligence” theory. Particularly how to create interactions between humans and Machine Learning algorithms through Design.

I focus on professional growth and collaboration to achieve the best results. New challenges are invigorating for me, so I always look for experimental ways to do things and learn from them.

I interned at Philips as a UX Design Intern in 2020 and had the amazing opportunity to work on implemented product interfaces. My team and I won 5 awards, including the Consumer Technology Association (CES) Innovation Honoree Award for the Philips Respironics 3D Mask Selector.

I was awarded the “kynamatrix Research Network "Innovation through Collaboration" 2021 Grant Award for projects in design, engineering, and computer science”, for my thesis research titled “Exploring the Applications of AI in Interaction Design.”
